I Want to Help

I’m a licensed professional counselor who has had the added benefit of having been there and done that so I can relate to what you’re going through.  Just begin by knowing that you don’t have to start from scratch.  I want to give you the support you need to start making the kinds of changes that can heal your mind, body and spirit.
